Share your love and enthusiasm for the marine environment at the Estuarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab.  Docents have the opportunity to meet and educate students and visitors from around the world and down the street.

The Estuarium will hold a docent training class on Saturday, September 27. Training will include lectures and hands-on activities.  Topics will center on the themes of the Estuarium: the Delta, Mobile Bay, Barrier Islands and the Gulf of Mexico.  Recommended touch table etiquette and procedures will also be a part of each Docent's training.  All new Docents volunteering in the Estuarium are required to complete this fun and exciting training course.
