IN ORDER TO PREPARE FOR
SPOOKTACULAR – 5PM TO 9PM ON OCT. 27.
IT WILL RE-OPEN, SATURDAY, OCT. 28, 9AM – 5PM.
The Estuarium and its parking lot will be transformed into a ghoulish
gallery of games and ghosts for Spooktacular! – a fundraiser for the
Dauphin Island Sea Lab Foundation. This fun and phantom-filled event is
a great and safe way to celebrate Halloween AND learn about marine
science!
Games for children of all ages will be held outside in the parking lot.
Admission to the event is free. Estuarium guided tours are $3.
Tickets to the game are 50c and $1 each. Food and drinks are
available.
Inside the Estuarium, actors will present the epic battles of the forces
of marine environmental evil versus Shark Man and Octo-Boy!
All proceeds will benefit the Dauphin Island Sea Lab science and
education programs. The Sea Lab is the only entity of its kind to offer
marine science education to students from kindergarten through Ph.D.
