Due to Hurricane Katrina’s destruction at
the Gulf Coast Research Lab in Ocean Springs, MS, the Annual Southern
Association of Marine Educators (SAME) Meeting will be moved to the
Dauphin Island Sea Lab (Dauphin Island, Alabama) for November 18-20,
2005.
Conference themes are aquatic and invasive species and marine
biotechnology. Registration is $15.00. Meals and accommodations are
complimentary. This conference is open to formal and informal educators
who are members of SAME; non-members are welcome to join SAME for a $5
annual fee.
