Contact: Lisa Young 334/861-7509 The Alabama Council of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) recently awarded the Sealab Architects Walcott Adams Verneuille Architects, E. Eean McNaugton Architects and Eskew Filson Architects the 2000 Honor Award for the Estuarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. The Honor Award is the highest level of recognition that the Alabama Council of AIA bestows to members for exemplary design. The Estuarium, which opened in March 1998, has won its architects two other awards for design in recent years the Louisiana AIA Award and the New Orleans AIA Award. |
